Amber founded the NEXT Family Office in Jackson Hole to perform advisory work for global family offices and expanded the practice to include trust administration services under the name ARQ Wyoming. Amber previously served four years as the Chief Financial Officer for Hillspire, LLC., the family office of the retired Chairman of Alphabet Inc., Eric and Wendy Schmidt. Amber also served as officer for a private foundation, the Eric and Wendy Schmidt Fund for Strategic Innovation. Previously, as Treasurer of Vulcan Inc., she reported directly to the  Microsoft co-founder Paul  Allen and served as Board Director and advisor in areas of investments, audit, philanthropy, sports, entertainment and hospitality, including an NBA

basketball team, the Portland Trail Blazers and The Hospital Club in London. 


Alan Reid

Alan has advised innovative FinTechs, disruptive entrepreneurs, and active family offices. A veteran of the investment world, he continues to question the status quo, recently founding Proxy Value Match, redefining impact through active shareholder empowerment.

Previously he led the industries of the development of mean-variance optimization, online trading, data aggregation, market timing, mutual fund liquidity, and alternatives. Reid served on the ICI Board of Governors and its workings at The Fed post ’08. He was CEO for Gordon Getty’s Forward Management, a $7 billion asset manager, and founded ReFlow, a mutual fund liquidity provider. Founder and Chairman of 1640 Society, Alan has worked to build community among family offices.

David Quinn

David Quinn is an experienced family office executive with over twenty-five years of investment experience in real estate development. He joined NEXT Family Office in March 2019 as Managing Partner after serving as an officer for another Wyoming based firm acting as trust administrator and officer for wealthy families.

Previously David served as President and Managing Director reporting to CEO and Principal, Paul Von Gontard of the Anheuser-Busch family.  David was responsible for Melody Ranch Investments, Melody Ranch Developments, and No Pro Housing in Jackson Hole. He led the family office investment areas of land development, land acquisitions, and oil and gas. He managed multiple cattle ranches and built polo fields for The International Jackson Hole Polo Club.
